4. Procedure and Method of Personal Information Destruction
In principle, the company will destroy personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.
The procedure and method of destruction are as follows.
1. Destruction procedure
The information you entered for membership registration
and
other purposes will be transferred to a separate
database (or a separate file cabinet for paper records)
after the purpose is achieved. It will be stored for a
certain period based on internal policies and other
relevant legal reasons (refer to the retention and usage
period) and will be destroyed afterward.
Personal information transferred to a separate database
will not be used for any purpose
other than retention,
unless required by law.
2. Destruction method Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irrecoverable.
5. Personal Information Provision
The company generally does not provide users’ personal information to external parties.
However, exceptions apply in the following cases.
1. If the user has given prior consent.
2. If required by law or when requested by law enforcement agencies in accordance with the procedures
and methods prescribed by law for investigative purposes.
6. Outsourcing of Collected Personal Information
The company does not outsource users’ information to external companies without the user’s content.

Users can view or modify their registered personal information at any time and can also request to cancel
their membership.
To view or modify personal information, users can click on ‘Personal Information Change’ (or ‘Edit Member Information’ etc.), and for membership cancellation (withdrawal of consent), users can click on ‘Cancel Membership.’ After completing the identity verification process, users can directly view, correct, or withdraw their membership. Alternatively, you can contact the Personal Information Manager in writing or via email, and we will take action without delay.
If you request correction of personal information errors, we will not use or provide the relevant personal information until the correction is completed. Additionally, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will promptly notify the third party of the correction result to ensure that the correction is made.
The company processes personal information that is deleted or terminated upon the user’s request in accordance with the “Retention and Use Period of Personal Information”
specified by the company, and ensures that it cannot be accessed or used for any other purposes.
